Thank you so much for the interest in becoming a vendor for our FIRST Annual Spring Festival & Egg Hunt. We are excited here at the Featherbed Railroad Bed & Breakfast to invite our local small businesses & vendors to be part of this event! We hope it will become an event looked forward to for years to come. Vendor Space allocated for each business will need to be no larger than 10X10 (this will need to include your tent size if you have one you use during your set ups) At this time, vendors are limited to 1 space with parking for 1 vehicle to maximize participation of as many local businesses. Each Vendor Space will be $20. Up to 4 staff/ employees per vendor space may attend (with one vehicle), including yourself (just due to parking: we would like to maximize parking area for the community attending) We will be reviewing all submitted applications and only choosing a certain amount of vendors, as we can only accommodate a smaller number of family friendly businesses for this specific event. If your business is not able to attend this event, there WILL be more in the future and we plan to rotate vendors for each event. If we fill up and your business cannot attend, we WILL keep your request on file, but feel free to submit another when we open event vendor requests again. Vendor Requests are due by March 19th! Chosen Vendors will be notified via email by March 21st with a payment link for your space. If you receive an invitation to our event and payment link, you will need to accept the invitation AND make payment within 48 hours. This is to provide sufficient time to reach out to other vendors in the case you can no longer attend or you are unable to make payment.
