Tee Pee Rental Agreement

I acknowledge all Tee Pee rental units of Rather Bee Glamping are intended for INDOOR use ONLY*

I acknowledge if I need a Tee Pee for OUTDOOR use I will notify / make prearrangement prior to rental/ use*

I acknowledge all rental units of Rather Bee Glamping are NON SMOKING. Failure to adhere to this policy will be grounds for forfeiture of any monies paid*

I acknowledge a Tee Pee rental must be paid IN FULL at booking*

I acknowledge renter/s shall be liable for the payment of any damages that arise during their use on the Rental Property(Tee Pee Set ups). Each “Accountable Item” has a listed value amount. Renter shall be liable for the full replacement value of any missing or damaged “Accountable Item” can be provided to renter upon request*

I acknowledge as a condition of this Agreement, Renters on behalf of themselves and all members of Renters’ party agree to defend, indemnify and harmless RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC from any and all costs, suits, liabilities and damages, including but not limited to those arising from any kind of injury to or the death of any person or persons or from loss or damage to the Rental Property or the personal property, or any other kind of loss (including attorney’s fees and costs)*

I acknowledge Renter/s must arrange set up of their rental units between 10:00-11:00A.M. or 2:00-3:00P.M on the initial reservation date. Renters must arrange pick up of their rental units between 11:00 A.M-12:00P.M on the final reservation date. Renter shall request and RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC must approved

any requested early set ups and/or late pick ups*

I acknowledge renter/s may alter their reservation dates on one (1)

occasion up to seven (7) days prior to set up. With less than seven (7) days advance notice, the Cancellation Policy described herein shall apply, without exception. In the event that Owner is able to successfully accommodate Renters’ request to change their reservation dates less than seven (7) days prior to set up, no further changes may be made to the reservation and Renter shall pay the full Rental Rate charge.

I acknowledge if Renter makes a reservation less than seven (7) days of the date of booking, RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC cannot guarantee that it will be able to accommodate any requested changes to Renter’s reservation dates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested changes to Renter’s reservation dates.*

I acknowledge renter may cancel their reservation at no cost if cancellation occurs fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation booking and deposit will be refunded in FULL*

I acknowledge only those Renter/s that are named on the reservation are permitted use of the Renters’ rental unit/accommodation*

I acknowledge this property/ accommodation requires a (1) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods or special events in RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC discretion*

I acknowledge rates are subject to change without notice. Weekend, weekday, special occasion and holiday rates are shown on Owner’s website and/or calendar announcements*

I acknowledge any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the Renter will not be permitted to check-in/ set up*

I acknowledge any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance by the RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC*

I acknowledge each of RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC'S house rules regarding rental, Safety Book any additional rules for the Rental Property that are posted by the Owner on the webpage where the reservation is made (https://www.ratherbeeglamping.com/), and/or provided in a hard copy or digital format are expressly and fully incorporated herein (please request if you would like this sent directly to you)*

I acknowledge by accepting the rental conditions contained within this Agreement, Renter acknowledges that Renter has reviewed and agrees to abide by all rules that are applicable to their reservation and stay in the Rental Property. Any violation of the aforementioned rules will be grounds for removal of the Rental Property and forfeiture of any monies paid*

I acknowledge by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises/ accomodation or others whom they invite to use the premises*

I acknowledge all applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations and

other legal authorities where the Rental Property/ Accomodation is situated shall apply to this Agreement, and Renters acknowledge that they shall comply with all applicable law of the jurisdiction in which in the Rental Property/ Accomodation is situated. Renters shall refrain from committing any acts which constitute a violation of any applicable criminal statutes, ordinances or regulations*

I acknowledge there maybe neighbors or people located in close property to the Rental Property/ Accomodation. Accordingly, Renters shall utlizing Rather Bee Glamping accomodations shall observe quiet hours from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M and are responsible for ensuring that any of Renter’s guests comply with the obligation to maintain quiet hours as provided herein*

I acknowledge if RATHER BEE GLAMPING LLC or Renter shall bring any action for any relief against the other,declaratory, injunctive or otherwise, arising out of this Agreement, including any suit by the Owner for the recovery of rent or possession of the Rental Property, the losing party shall pay the successful party a reasonable sum for attorneys’ fees, which shall be deemed to have accrued on the commencement of such action and shall be paid whether or not such action is prosecuted to judgment*

I acknowledge this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue for resolution of any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be exclusively vested in the state and federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona*

By indicating their agreement with the rental conditions contained herein in connection with the booking of their reservation (SIGNATURE), Renter agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.*
